Development Manager - From Fatherless to Fearless
Position Summary:
From Fatherless to Fearless is experiencing a period of growth in outreach and programming efforts. This is an exciting time for a Development Manager to join the team and contribute to an organization dedicated to transforming lives.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will play a critical role in growing and strengthening the organization’s donor base. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on cultivating and building connections with donors and expanding fundraising pipelines. It offers the opportunity to manage donor relationships while contributing to a mission.
This is a part-time position offering flexibility within a 24-hour work week in the Cincinnati area.

Donor Development & Relationship Management
Pipeline & Database Management
Fundraising and Engagement
SALARY RANGE: $27–29 per hour based on experience. This is a part-time, non-exempt role with a 24-hour work week.
