Director of Development Operations - Dare to Care Food Bank
Position Summary:
The Director of Development Operations is a strategic thought partner and analytical leader who drives moves management across the department—guiding how we identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with donors at every stage of their journey.
Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you'll join a 10-person team responsible for approximately $10 million in annual revenue and a major capital campaign to build a new distribution center. You'll ensure our fundraising efforts are powered by strong systems, meaningful data insights, and intentional relationship-building—all in service of ending hunger in our community.
As our moves management strategist, you'll track what matters, spot opportunities, and help the team move donors forward with purpose and care. You'll provide leadership to the Development Coordinator, partner closely with Communications and Marketing to co-create inspiring donor experiences and collaborate with finance and vendor partners to strengthen our systems and processes.
