Director of Donor & Community Engagement - Family & Children’s Place
Position Summary:
The Director of Donor & Community Engagement is responsible for working closely with the VP of Mission Advancement & Public Affairs to meet private fundraising goals for Family & Children’s Place: specifically:
Stewards and solicits annual, recurring and major donors.
Works with the VP Mission Advancement & Public Affairs to create and maintain the organization’s annual campaign donor pipeline.
Develops strategy and executes annual giving campaigns with the Mission Advancement team.
Works with giving societies and creates and manages special events including cultivation and appreciation activities with the Mission Advancement team.
Oversees agency open houses and new donor events.
Works with the Mission Advancement team and senior leadership to develop and institute internal and external communication through Constant Contact, newsletters, appeals, solicitations and other mailings.
Manages volunteers and third-party fundraising initiatives.
Supports planning and execution for the annual luncheon fundraising event.
Manages corporate sponsorships and employee giving/engagement.
Works with Mission Advancement team to increase agency visibility in the community.
Performs other duties as assigned and delegated by VP, Mission Advancement & Public Affairs.
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $65,000
