Executive Director - The Arrow Fund
Position Summary:
The Arrow Fund is looking for their next Executive Director (ED) to manage the overall leadership, strategic direction, day-to-day operations and fundraising of the organization in support of its mission. Working in close collaboration with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will have the opportunity to develop and execute strategies ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization. A deep understanding of and a proven track record in fundraising will be vital to this position. As the only salaried employee of The Arrow Fund, the ED will have the unique opportunity to be fully engaged in the daily operations of TAF seeing firsthand the animals being healed while also creating and executing a vision for moving the organization forward. The ED will be asked to create and execute a fundraising strategy incorporating all levels of donor engagement. The ED is supported by a team of consultants who oversee adoptions and education, events and volunteers, marketing and PR, and finance. The Arrow Fund has an operating budget of $500,000. There are five board members who are committed to continued organization growth and success.
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $76,000
