Major Gift Officer - Province of Our Lady of Consolation
Position Summary:
The Major Gift Officer (MGO) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects through relationship building, personalized stewardship, and strategic solicitation. This role plays a critical part in sustaining and advancing the mission of the Province of Our Lady of Consolation by securing philanthropic support in alignment with the Province’s mission, values, and best practices in fundraising. The MGO works collaboratively with Mission Advancement staff, friars, and leadership to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors capable of making gifts of $1,000 or more annually, including leadership gifts, multi-year commitments, and planned gifts.
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000
