Senior Director of Development - Maryhurst
Position Summary:
Maryhurst is seeking an experienced, relationship-focused Senior Director of Development to lead and advance fundraising and philanthropic efforts. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen donor relationships, expand major gift support, and build a sustainable culture of philanthropy.
The Senior Director of Development manages a portfolio of major donors and prospects while providing leadership for major gifts, annual giving, donor stewardship, capital campaign activities, and development operations. Working closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, Board of Directors, volunteers, and community stakeholders, this position plays a key role in securing the philanthropic resources necessary to support and grow Maryhurst's mission and impact.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000–$90,000
