Senior Director of Philanthropy - Kids Cancer Alliance
Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Philanthropy provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and management for Kids Cancer Alliance’s fundraising efforts to support the organization’s mission. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position oversees a growing budget of approximately $2.5M with a trajectory toward $3M, and directly supervises a small team.
Working closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and volunteer committees, the Senior Director of Philanthropy develops and executes strategies across annual giving, major gifts, planned gifts, corporate giving, grants, special events, and capital campaigns. This role creates compelling opportunities for donor support and ensures strong stewardship to provide a rewarding experience for all donors. This is an external search; internal candidates are not being considered.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000
