Join us as we explore this comprehensive framework for professional transformation in fundraising. FORGE—which stands for Fairness, Openness, Respect, Grace, and Empathy—is being launched by AFP Global to provide actionable templates that help move our IDEA principles from abstract ideals into daily practice.
Program will also include an interactive session led by Dr. Dennis Cornell, where attendees will explore implicit bias and social conditioning toward various outgroups, as well as privilege, and how each impacts the world of fundraising.
