Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable with Clumsy Conversations
Join us for an interactive workshop introducing Clumsy Conversations—a framework developed by Shenette Swann, Guest Engagement Manager of Training and Inclusion, at Marbles Kids Museum to spark meaningful discussions around Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA).
You’ll learn the purpose, structure, and best practices for hosting these conversations, then participate in a live session at your table. Whether you’re new to learning about diversity and inclusion or looking for fresh tools to bring back to your organization, this session offers a supportive space to grow understanding and empathy.
