Abby is a nonprofit executive and trusted advisor with nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and strategy. She brings a rare blend of executive leadership and consulting expertise, having led complex organizations and advised clients nationwide on transformational growth across the arts, health, human services, and education sectors.
As Executive Vice President at Benefactor Group, Abby leads the consulting team and oversees delivery across fundraising, strategy, governance, talent, and nonprofit technology. She partners with boards and executives to design practical, data-informed solutions that strengthen fundraising capacity and position organizations for sustainable success.
Previously, Abby held senior roles with the Speed Art Museum, Fund for the Arts, and Kentucky Performing Arts. She has been recognized by APAP, ISPA, and Louisville Business First, including Forty Under Forty and Top Nonprofit Executive.
Her expertise includes campaign strategy, governance, communications, and development, and she has led six- to nine-figure campaigns and major organizational initiatives.
Abby earned her MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BA from Butler University. She is a Certified BoardSource Nonprofit Board Consultant and currently chairs the board of Louisville Public Media.
